Centurion Hotel Ueno

An exceptional stay with impeccable attention to detail! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to transportation and a wealth of nearby amenities. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making the check-in process efficient and seamless. The room itself was spacious with excellent natural light. The cleanliness was meticulous, and the bedding was perfectly comfortable, ensuring a top-notch sleep experience. The bathroom was well-designed with good soundproofing and effective wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide and varied selection of fresh ingredients, and the service was very prompt. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an outstanding choice. I will definitely be returning!

I stayed here for one night to do some last-minute shopping before heading back home. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Ueno Park, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. It was a bit noisy at night, but I got some earplugs from the front desk and slept pretty well. The new building across the street looks great, but the old building is more affordable, offering good value for money. However, I've noticed a significant decline in Japan's cleanliness lately. There are a lot of people smoking on the streets, and I saw cigarette butts on the ground, which wasn't the case ten years ago.
