Good location, quiet at night, new towels given without disturbing, good view, and bottled water when I arrived, also you can move the beds as they're on wheels and they're very comfortable especially the bedsheets

They don’t clean up next day when u ask them to clean the room , I thought the hotel has hot bath for women , actually need to pay and it’s next to the west hotel

VERY centrall located hotel, practically within arm‘s reach of Osaka‘s Festival Hall. Kind and efficient staff in a very nice-looking hotel. Would book again. The price is also great.

Lets start with the Fact they dont give out extra pillows. Western Vistors require two pillows because we are naturally bigger than the locals. The breakfast that comes with the stay is pretty ordinary. Limited selections and No knives to butter toast with. Coffee pot was empty and wasnt refilled for other guests. No Rice in the rice cooker left either. I couldn't wait to check out and fly to Sapporo. I don't think I'll be bothering with this hotel again on my return visit to Osaka. The beauty of the building is truly let down by the lack of amenities supplied . The young female staff members who obviously knew english pretended not to know what I was saying when I asked how far away the airport was and giggled to each other in Japanese and rolled their eyes like I was a walking dickhead. Absolutely Disrespectful and Rude.
