When checking in, the front desk staff were all very welcoming and even helped us get a free room upgrade. The hotel breakfast was extensive and delicious. The lobby porter helped us with our luggage to our room, booked tickets for us, and suggested touring routes, which was incredibly helpful for our self-guided trip. Thank you, it was super convenient! The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and you can choose to walk or take a taxi to the scenic spots, which only takes a few minutes. There are many restaurant options nearby, and the Charming Xiangxi show is right next door. Booking tickets through the hotel was also more affordable. The location is excellent. I will definitely choose Pullman Hotel again next time.

Great location, but the hotel is really old. The TV in the room only has regular channels and no casting function. The Wi-Fi isn't great either; it's easy to connect to the wrong network. Breakfast was decent and quite varied.

The room was clean and had a bathtub. The breakfast selection was quite good. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even kept the TV on for us so we could watch the World Cup. The concierge team for tickets was also very friendly and offered slightly cheaper prices. The pool was open until 10 PM, which was great for a relaxing swim after hiking during the day. It's also very conveniently located close to Charming Xiangxi and the riverside.

Review: Pullman Zhangjiajie – 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 📍 Perfect Location The hotel is located in the heart of Wulingyuan, a short walk from the famous 'Mystic Xiangxi' Theater and very close to the bustling Xinbu Street, which is full of delicious local restaurants and small shops selling typical souvenirs like keychains, fridge magnets, and other creative gifts – great for buying presents without having to go far. 🤵 Exceptional Concierge Service A special shout-out to concierge Leo, who was extremely helpful and saved our itinerary. He assisted us with restaurant and attraction bookings, provided detailed explanations about local transportation, flawlessly organized our transfer, and even suggested the best places to visit, tailoring everything to our available time. A perfect score for him! 🍳 Inclusive and Complete Breakfast In addition to being included in the daily rate, it's very varied, with fresh fruits, many food options, and a chef who prepares scrambled eggs on the spot – an extra touch that makes all the difference in the morning. 🛏️ Very Well-Equipped Room The room provides slippers, an umbrella, a toothbrush, and complimentary tea and water (no extra cost). The bathroom is another highlight: a Dyson-style hairdryer, plus shampoo, conditioner, and soap with a delightful fragrance and superior quality, which make the experience even more comfortable. Final Score: 4/5. I highly recommend it for the value for money, location, and especially for Leo's (concierge) service.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were great. The local restaurants they recommended were indeed delicious 😋. The only downside was that the swimming pool required a swimming cap, which my foreign friends found quite hard to understand. On the bright side, the Charm Xiangxi Grand Theatre is just 150 meters away, which was super convenient!
