The room is so small. Like 3 steps and you need to stop. I understand prices are high in NYC but holy moly the price space ratio is crazy. If I took this hotel I believe it was the best price I could get so can't really blame them, but must say something. Cleaning everyday, replaced sheets once because we asked. Reception was fine. Elevators were great, almost no wait time. View to a wall of another building but could see a little bit of the Empire State

Chose this hotel for its great location. Stayed on the 17th floor. There was some noise from a rooftop bar, but it wasn't too bothersome. Given its excellent location, price is key, and there were no major issues with cleanliness or anything like that.

The room was very small; if we opened two suitcases, there was no space to walk on the floor. The shower temperature and water pressure were just right, and the bed was comfortable. There were several steps leading to the room, which was inconvenient for anyone with heavy suitcases. We stayed for four nights, and the room was always cleaned perfectly; the service was excellent.

The room was a bit small, but its central location made it super convenient. The hairdryer wasn't very powerful. Breakfast was available downstairs, with coffee and bagels. You can also store your luggage after checking out.
