This stay was fantastic! Ms. Qiushi was so warm and efficient. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and cozy. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, the facilities were smart and convenient, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed a taxi. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in town!

The room facilities are quite good, and the water park is a highlight. However, there's currently some construction noise from across the street, which is a bit disruptive. The hotel restaurant's food is just average. On the bright side, the kids' play area is excellent!

The room was clean and tidy, and the butler service was excellent. We even got upgraded to a sea-view room! The breakfast buffet had a great variety, especially the delicious bread. The hotel is also very close to the beach, just a five-minute walk downstairs. It was a very pleasant experience.

We stayed in a family tent room, which was very spacious. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Our baby absolutely loved the room's design, especially the well-equipped children's facilities like the kids' ladder, children's bathrobes, and a dedicated laundry sink. The balcony bathtub was also huge, big enough for the baby to swim in! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and some of the service staff were foreign. About half of the guests were Russian. The heated children's pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for fun. Our baby spent an hour there every day. They also provide buoyancy vests and towels. During our four-day stay, we received complimentary fruit and drinks daily. Even the housekeeping staff were very kind. The children's activities were fantastic! Every day there was face painting, Sichuan opera mask changing, and clown performances. The children's activity area is also very large. There's a ball pit on the second floor of the activity center, and a bigger outdoor playground on the first floor. The dinner buffet, however, was quite mediocre and not recommended. We would definitely choose Huayi (the hotel name) again next time.

This new hotel is clean and has a great environment, nestled between the mountains and the sea. It's very convenient to get to the beach, just a two or three-minute walk downstairs. The building behind is very quiet at night, and the breakfast is plentiful. Butler Beibei provided excellent service. I had a very enjoyable vacation.

The Hualuxe Sanya Yalong Bay is our top choice for family trips! Our butler, Lisa, was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. She proactively reached out before check-in to understand our needs, and during our stay, she responded to our inquiries instantly and made thoughtful arrangements, showing great attention to detail. The hotel offers comprehensive facilities for families, including a full range of kids' amenities and a children's play area. Plus, it's just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for families with kids. The entire staff provided professional and thoughtful service; housekeeping was prompt, and the value-added services like the travel photography were fantastic. The dining options are extensive; the coconut chicken hotpot at Cai Feng Lou was delicious, catering to both adult and children's palates, and the breakfast hours were perfect for families. The hotel boasts stunning views of the mountains, sea, and lake, with an elegant and tranquil environment and lush greenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, creating a perfect vacation vibe. Our entire experience was wonderful, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
