HUALUXE Hotels and Resorts SANYA YALONG BAY RESORT

Chose Hualuxe for an overnight stay before leaving Sanya. It's an IHG family-friendly hotel. Prior to check-in, an ambassador added me on WeChat – big shout out to Zoey Qiushi! She thoughtfully sent over the kids' activity schedule and helped with reservations. Considering it was just for one night, the room was better than expected. The rocket-ship slide was perfect for my three-year-old. We were a bit rushed, so we didn't get to experience all the facilities and activities. Can't give a full review based on such a short stay.

Newly opened in Yalong Bay, the facilities are super new, and the rooms are large and comfortable, with a stunning view of mountains and the sea from the balcony. Before check-in, Xiao Man proactively contacted me to confirm my preferences and prepare child amenities. During my stay, she was incredibly responsive to all my requests, helping me coordinate various small matters, recommending nearby attractions, and even getting me a more comfortable pillow. No matter when I contacted her, her response was always prompt. The food at the buffet restaurant was fantastic; we had both breakfast and dinner there. I highly recommend it for families traveling with children, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Sanya.

Hygiene: The room amenities were excellent, and housekeeping promptly cleaned and replenished supplies daily. Facilities: As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are top-notch. The hotel has exclusive beach chairs at Yalong Bay, perfect for lounging all day. The in-house facilities also offer a fantastic experience for children. Environment: It's just a 5-minute walk to Yalong Bay beach, and the 'cloud' pool offers ocean views. Our butler, Qiushi, was incredibly helpful and messaged us daily to check on our stay.

The room was spacious. Our butler, Abby, was tall, beautiful, and very polite, promptly resolving any issues we had. We booked the sea view suite, and I highly recommend everyone go for a sea view; it's a completely different experience. The lake view rooms also vary in size. There are plenty of activities for kids. The hotel is across the road from the beach, right opposite Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay. I've stayed at Mandarin Oriental and EDITION in Sanya before, and I personally think this hotel is a good option if you're traveling with children. It's mostly families here, hardly any couples, really feels like a hotel designed for families.

This hotel is relatively new and part of the IHG group. It has a unique character, is very close to the beach, and seems to attract a lot of international guests. Overall, a good experience.

Traveling with my friends, we stayed at the Hualuxe Hotel and were completely won over by Rosie, the manager. I absolutely had to write a detailed review to thank her! 1. **Thoughtful Room Arrangement**: After discussing our room type and view preferences in advance, Rosie arranged a room with a spacious view that was clean and roomy – perfect for traveling with a child. 2. **Incredibly Responsive and Accommodating**: She communicated promptly via WeChat throughout the day. All our daily needs, from extra amenities to assistance with booking hotel activities and even last-minute requests, were handled quickly and efficiently. Everything was addressed thoroughly with almost no delays or waiting. When we decided to extend our stay for an extra day, even though it was a different room type, she still managed to coordinate for us to stay in our original room – truly thinking of the guests' needs. 3. **Thoughtful Treats for the Little Ones**: She was exceptionally considerate and remembered the children. There was always a lovely lady in a qipao in the lobby who would give out candies and special local snacks. My child was thrilled every time they received a treat, which became a delightful surprise during our vacation. The hotel itself truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier family resort in Yalong Bay. Compared to the older facilities at Tianyu and MGM, Hualuxe has everything: a park, swimming pools, and a full range of parent-child activities. Coupled with Rosie's meticulous service, our entire trip was relaxing, worry-free, and flawless. I highly recommend it for families with children.

Great experience for a family trip with kids! We could play around the hotel the whole time. Customer service representative Xiaoyi was also fantastic, always ready to answer any questions and even gave us a small cake. They also offer a shuttle service to the duty-free shop. Overall, it was a good stay. We even got a room upgrade, which made the experience even better! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Sanya.
