The three-bed room has a smart layout with a view of Tokyo Bay right outside the window. Cleanliness and facilities are both top-notch. The highlight is definitely the hot spring on the 14th floor—it's amazing to soak while looking out over Tokyo Bay. The extensive breakfast is another major plus, and there's an airport limousine bus right at the entrance with direct service to both airports; schedules are limited, but it's very convenient if the timing works out.

We stayed at the La Vista Tokyo Bay Hotel for 2 nights checking in on October 4th. The hotel is quite new and very clean. It does feel like an upscale luxury hotel resort with it’s multitude of amenities. The hotel had an onsen, a lap pool, gym and laundry facilities on the 14th floor. The views are stunning overlooking the Tokyo bay. Our rate did not include the buffet breakfast but on the last day we did enjoy it paying seperately for it. The selection is enormous and the quality of food is exemplary. All the good things aside I must make a few comments. You have to pay 2200¥ for the pool amd 250¥ for each 15 minutes at the gym. The location is about 50 minute train ride to central Tokyo. If it weren’t for the Tuna Auction that we went to there is not much outside activities to do there.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and is perfect for those who dislike noise. If you don't mind the slightly inconvenient Seagull Line, it's just as suitable for a longer stay as Toyosu. While the in-room amenities like towels are comparable to Tokyu hotels, the large bathtub in the spacious rooms alone makes it worth the price.

Very nice hotel with rooftop onsen. Self-help amenities in the lobby with some lovely Japanese snacks. Enjoyable time in the evening, taking onsen with sunset view of the Tokyo bay! Don’t forget the complementary ice bar, drinks and ramen after your bath. Definitely worth coming back to this hotel in the next trip.
