Hello, first of all, the photos are very well taken, but I really had nothing to do with what the gloomy, burnt-out rooms look like. Room cleaning after the first week of my stay, two weeks later, and some water, coffee, or sugar was delivered twice. The tap water is not drinkable, so I don't drink it. Use bottled water for the kettle, just my advice. Bed linen changed after a week. I spent 10 days there, and on the seventh day, I only had it cleaned. Torn curtains, damaged windows, pores, lamps, cracked tiles, chipped shower heads, some tiles missing, especially one dent in almost 10% of the tiles. Towels replaced after six days. It's best not to go to the gym because there's a stench of cigarettes everywhere, even in the underground parking lots. The laundry room is unsanitized, washed several times, and the washing machine is lacking any accessories or cleanliness. If you don't have them, you have them; you won't be able to communicate in English with the staff. And 5% is below the minimum. No, I didn't know how to make coffee, I had to call friends, ask for the machine's service, and the prices compared to the basic Spore service. So, I personally brought my own food. I ate out. I only had breakfast once and paid for it like it was peanuts. This hotel, and all in one, is a joke that it has four stars. I personally would have given it one or two, and I've been to some countries and stayed in 2- and 3-star hostels. This one, in terms of cleanliness, is far from the English-speaking staff. The rooms have major problems with regulating the cold and hot water, and it takes some getting used to, because sometimes the hot water is just too hot. Overall, it's a maximum of two stars, and one star is a bad hotel, because the views are beautiful. The higher you go, the more beautiful, and you can see the entire western part of the city, which is probably the best thing about this hotel. The international guests make noise at night, not like the ceiling, so I was woken up several nights. The staff doesn't react as if nothing had happened, leaving, so that I could grab and go to the so-called "station". You may not have a place on the patio. Most of the staff are busy, so sleeping and moving around is fine. If you're looking for four-star comforts, some dog kennels have nice accommodations. The choice is yours, and this is just my opinion. Best regards, and choose yourselves. Marcus
