LE SAIGON GRAND HOTEL

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff organised a massage in my room on arrival & less than an hour later I was enjoying it. (And it was beautiful!)  The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless. The breakfast was delicious.. everything was good. I’d stay there again for sure.

Booked this hotel for under SGD50 per night and honestly felt it was a great deal. The hotel is quite new, clean, and well maintained. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was better than expected with a good selection of food. The location was convenient, and getting around was easy with Grab, which is very affordable in Ho Chi Minh City. A very comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Would happily stay here again when passing through Saigon.

The room was clean & nice, however some of the receptions were not really friendly and helpful. The food was okay. The location was close to the airport.

I stayed in room 101. The toilet got clogged, but they fixed it for me afterward. The bidet spray didn’t work, and the mirror light took forever to stop flickering and actually turn on. Other than that, everything else was great. The receptionist wasn't very friendly, though.

Le Saigon Grand Hotel was a great place for my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were very friendly and always helped us with any request we had. The complimentary breakfast was also satisfactory with a large spread of food and drinks. Lastly, the rooms were great, with comfortable beds and sufficient room for all our needs. The only thing I could say was not up to my standards was the shower splashing over the tub, flooding the toilet floor a bit, which also didn't drain very well as a result of the floor not being slanted towards the drain. Overall still a great experience :)

We stayed at the Saigon Hotel for one night, mainly because my flight arrived in Ho Chi Minh City very late. I chose to check in for a night close to the airport and continue my travel plans the next day. The location is very convenient—it's only a short ride to the airport. Using Grab, the cost was around 80,000 VND. The hotel is not a luxury property, but the room and bathroom were newly equipped and spotlessly clean. The only downside was poor soundproofing; I could easily hear noise from outside. Breakfast was decent and straightforward—there was nothing particularly memorable, but all the usual items were available, including bread, eggs, beef pho, rice noodles, coffee, and fresh fruit. What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful, including calling me a Grab and assisting with moving my luggage to the car. I truly appreciated their kindness.
