The room is a bit small but it’s standard in New York. Accessible and fairly new hotel.

The room is chic and modern, but definitely too small, no closet and only provides three hangers.

The room view was very bad so I asked the front desk to change it they transfered me to manager but she really was very rude and unhelpful .even they made me distress

Great location nice tea

I stayed here for two nights, the first night with my friend who is a native New Yorker and the second night alone. I booked the room based on the pictures on trip.com, however, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that the pictures were for a suite, not the room that I had actually booked. They were very dismissive and told me to contact Trip as it wasn’t their fault. The girl who checked me in was a little rude and unhelpful. Having said that, the room was very nice… decorated nicely and very clean. The only thing I would’ve wanted is to be provided with water in the room. The hotel lobby has a water dispenser with very cold iced water. However, if you wake up in the middle of the night and are thirsty there is no water in the room. The location is excellent! Walking distance to Grand Central Station, New York library and Times Square.

When we first checked in, The location of the hotel was awesome, and the room was actually very nice. That was until I got back to my hotel room after a night out with friends, and my room was FLOODED, and my clothes/luggage was drenched with toilet water because there was a toilet leak. I immediately called the front desk, and the maintenance guy came in at 4:30AM, to clean up the water. We asked if we could switch rooms because some of the water got on our bed, he said he'd ask management and we never heard anything back. We decided to shrug it off because we were so tired with jetlag and basically being half awake. We had to put all of our wet clothes in one luggage and all our dry clothes in another. We asked the front desk if we could get any compensation or a partial refund and they said the best they can do is hold our luggages and give us an xtra 45 minutes for late checkout.
