The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort

The hotel environment is quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the park greenery is excellent. The pool view is beautiful and unique. Overall, it's clean and tidy. Our butler, Ella, provided thoughtful, detailed, and responsive service. Important tip: The hotel's daily parent-child activities are incredibly rich and fun! My child participated in the 'Parent-Child Big Player' activity at Bei Ye Planet. The teachers — Tangyuan, Shark, Xiaotong, Dami, Jianguo, Xiaoyang, Xiaowu, Shutiao, Apple, Maimai, Vika, and Tangguo — were super patient, loving, and responsible, truly freeing up our hands! The most important thing is that my child was able to fall asleep instantly at night! Parents, you know the value of that, right? After staying around Haitang Bay, this is the first time my child has been so eager to meet the little teachers again. It truly felt like a home away from home! We're genuinely huge fans!!! Highly recommended!!!

I really love this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff's welcome was excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy. There's a golf cart shuttle service to the mall or the beach. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the pizza. But my absolute favorite part of this hotel is the beachfront chill-out bar/restaurant. You might have to wait for a table, but it's perfect for ordering drinks and snacks, relaxing, taking photos, and enjoying the sea view.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful with lush greenery. The beach, river pool, and infinity pool are all fantastic. I had a really enjoyable stay, and our butler, CB, was also great. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and spotless, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. A special shout-out to our butler, Ella. Our trip was delayed by a day due to weather at our departure location, and Ella was a huge help, even coordinating our room past 1 AM. The service after check-in was also excellent. We could book yoga classes, tennis lessons, and afternoon tea through our butler. Whether we wanted to relax at the hotel or explore, we could always ask for advice. The hotel's scenery is beautiful with many photo opportunities. We used Manmo Travel Photography to capture our wonderful journey; the photographer was patient and professional. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience, making it our top choice for future trips. Little tips: The high-floor sea view offers expansive vistas, and the rooftop infinity pool is less crowded between 6-7 PM. If the weather is good, you can watch the sunrise from your room in the morning!

I went there specifically for the wide range of water activities, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The paddleboarding photos turned out great, very satisfied 👍. It was really crowded during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel was fully booked, but the service still kept up. You can take a shuttle bus to the duty-free shop. They also gave us a free beach buffet dinner and fresh coconuts, both of which were delicious!

Checked into the Westin Hotel, and overall, it was quite good. The hotel has a great location, close to the duty-free shop, making shopping very convenient. The resort grounds are extensive and the environment is lovely. The outdoor pool is nice, and the kids had a blast. It's also right by the beach. Our butler, Ella, was very helpful and pleasant. Thumbs up, we'll definitely be back!

Sanya Haitang Bay Westin: A Perfect 10! ✨ This Westin in Haitang Bay really exceeded my expectations! I stayed in a deluxe twin room and the view was absolutely stunning, directly facing the entire ocean. The room was clean, bright, and the facilities were complete and new. The hotel offers a super thoughtful photography service; the photographer even taught us how to pose, and the photos by the sea had an amazing vibe. The staff were all gentle and attentive, and the resort's greenery was fantastic. You can stroll around the pools and beach freely, creating a total vacation feel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya!

The Westin in Haitang Bay has a great environment and beautiful scenery. The unique swimming lane design is gorgeous, and the paddleboarding was really fun and a unique experience. If you love boating, you should definitely come here! The service staff, especially the gentlemen, were excellent. It's right next to the duty-free shop, which makes shopping super convenient. They even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, and the pictures turned out amazing – perfect for Instagram! Being close to the duty-free shop is a huge plus for shopping. The resort grounds are expansive, and there's a beach right by the sea. Ella's attitude was also excellent, highly recommend her! We'll definitely be back!
