We had an amazing 8-day stay, and the resort truly had everything we needed right at our fingertips. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Chloe for making our stay extra special. She was there for us, who cannot speak Chinese. She went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything, especially with upgrading us to the beautiful Lagoon room, it made our holiday even more memorable. Had a very pleasant 5-night stay at The Westin Sanya. Special thanks to my butler Kent Lin for his warm, proactive and thoughtful service throughout my stay. He even reached out before my arrival, even when he was on leave, he still keep in touch with me almost everyday to just make sure that I have been taken care which was a very nice touch. Truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. He made the stay even more memorable. On the other hand, I found the breakfast quality below average, and the service at the live cooking stations could be improved. The room was large and spacious, and sitting on the balcony overlooking the panoramic view was especially comfortable. The pool is unique, with plenty of activities.
