Check in was late and I had to wait for a few hours. It was raining and i wanted to walk around the area but my request for an umbrella was not met. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic due to limited space. Selection was limited too.

The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and all daily necessities are provided. The shower gel is also very fragrant and pleasant to use. I personally love the hotel's breakfast; there are many delicious options, and I highly recommend it. It's not expensive and is located right in the city center. Kuching Waterfront Park and surrounding shopping markets are just downstairs and within easy walking distance. Plus, there are beautiful river views to enjoy.

Cosy and location very good! Car park is linked to the hotel. Luggage to drop at lobby first before parking as there’s stairs at the Carpark. Staff are friendly and kind. Great experience with Hilton

Must choose river view room, it can see the whole Kuching river front especially in the night. The location is very convenient for food searching. The breakfast is very scrumptious and there is a wide variety of food choices in the buffet.

Loved the welcoming staff, breakfast was delicious and variety was sufficient for us! love the room and the view from the room. it really is a great location to just walk around the waterfront area. 10/10!

Our 5th time staying here and have always been happy with hilton kuching rooms being spotless. However this time, we have got a room that is not so clean and things were in bad condition as compared to the previous rooms I have stayed in. Check in was great as attended by Bong. One other feedback, the lobby area parking attendant, there is one lady with short hair seems to be quite fierce looking and not sure if this is a hospitality service from Hilton Kuching as she does not even have a smile on her face as compared to the rest of the staff attending to the parking in the Lobby, they were very friendly and welcoming which I have always experienced in the past. Hope the management is able to do something about her and remind her on the basics of being in thehospitality service.

the only hotel that makes my business trip worthwhile. though its just a 1 night stay i truly enjoyed and love the vibes of the hotel. i love how comfortable the bed was.
