This was the worst hotel I stayed at during my trip. It claims to be a five-star hotel, but honestly, it barely even qualifies as three-star; everything about it was subpar.
Service:
1. Check-in took forever. There was a long line, and only one staff member was actually working, while two others at adjacent counters were just chatting and not helping out.
2. We had to carry our own luggage.
3. We stayed for two nights, and after going out on the second day, we returned to find the room completely untouched. Used spoons, empty tissue boxes, and the tea bags and bottled water in the minibar hadn't been replaced or replenished. We called to ask for them; tissues took almost an hour to arrive, tea bags weren't replenished, and coffee capsules also took over an hour. For bottled water, they said only the initial two bottles were free, and any others would be charged. So what's the difference between staying one night versus two?
Facilities:
1. The hotel's location is inconvenient.
2. The gym is in the basement. The most disappointing part was the pool. When checking in, I asked about the pool hours and was told it was open from sunrise to sunset. So, on the last night, I rushed back to the hotel before sunset, only to be told it was already closed. The problem is, it wasn't even sunset yet! Is it reasonable to change opening hours so arbitrarily? When I brought it up, they simply said there was nothing they could do and that the hours were flexible. I specifically chose a hotel with a pool, so this was truly ironic.
Cleanliness: There were flies in the room, the cups had tea stains, and the sofa wasn't clean.
Honestly, it had no redeeming qualities. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
