Jeju Bolton Hotel

The room type was good, but there weren't enough power outlets, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel front desk staff were great and very responsive to requests. The Trip.com staff were even better, directly solving any issues.

I stayed at Bolton again after a year, and it's just as I remembered. The transportation is super convenient, really close to the airport. I just took the airport bus to Hanna Hospital and it's a 5-minute walk from there. The front desk staff speak excellent English and Chinese! The duty-free shop is right opposite the hotel! Everything just feels perfect~ I'm looking forward to my next visit~ I've stayed here twice now and still haven't tried the KFC downstairs, I definitely have to try it next time, hahaha!

The location is very convenient, with Shilla Duty-Free right across from the hotel. It's also very close to the shopping areas. The service is excellent, highly recommended!

This hotel is great! I was a bit worried at first because I'd read online that the toilets had an unpleasant smell, but after checking in, there were absolutely no issues. The rooftop pool is also really nice; you should definitely bring a swimsuit to enjoy it. They even gave us two face masks when we checked in, and the hotel breakfast had a good variety of options. Highly recommended!

The hotel, opened in 2025, boasts an excellent central location, just about 15 minutes from Jeju Airport. Asia Pharmacy and Shilla Duty Free are conveniently located right across the street, making for a very pleasant city walk. I stayed for three nights, paying 900 per day, and found it quite comfortable. The service was good; the front desk staff, a very helpful lady, even assisted me in hailing a taxi to Udo Island from the roadside. Communication in both English and Chinese was flexible. Enjoying a couple of beers by the rooftop pool was a nice way to unwind. Don't compare the room size to hotels in China; however, the facilities and amenities were quite complete. One issue: the light outside the bathroom door was a bit too sensitive and would turn on automatically. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Jeju Island.

The hotel's exterior and lobby look great. However, the in-room facilities are incomparable to what you'd get for the same price in China. The room size is small, and the decor is simple. Besides the pool, there are no other public facilities. Remember to bring your own towel for the pool as the hotel's towels are not good. On the upside, the location is quite good, making it convenient to get to Shilla Duty Free. There's also a pharmacy and a CU convenience store right across the street. The downside is that you can clearly hear the street noise at night.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the duty-free shop, and there are many restaurants nearby. We went to the grandma's noodle shop behind the duty-free store twice; their Jajangmyeon was delicious. There was a gentleman at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and the housekeeping staff we met on our second day were all incredibly polite, warm, and friendly. The hotel's breakfast was also very good.

I stayed here for my entire trip to Jeju, and the experience was fantastic! The location is truly unbeatable. Shilla Duty Free is just across the street, and downstairs, you'll find convenience stores, Olive Young, and even Haidilao. It's just a few minutes' walk to Yeon-dong street, so you can pop down anytime you want to buy cosmetics or snacks. Getting to the airport only takes ten minutes by taxi, which made catching flights incredibly stress-free. The hotel hasn't been open for long, so all the facilities are new and clean. The room was bright and airy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was completely quiet at night, no noise at all. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The front desk service was gentle and attentive, communication was smooth, and they could even speak a little Chinese, so Chinese guests will feel right at home. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, catering to both Chinese and Korean tastes, with smoked salmon and Korean snacks available. The food quality was great. The hotel also has a free underground parking lot, which is very convenient if you're driving or have a rented car. It's a one-stop shop for shopping, dining, and transportation, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Jeju next time!

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We arrived before check-in time, and the staff politely assisted us with luggage storage; the bags were neatly arranged. The hotel's environment and service attitude are both excellent, making for a great experience.
