The room was a bit small, but its central location made it super convenient. The hairdryer wasn't very powerful. Breakfast was available downstairs, with coffee and bagels. You can also store your luggage after checking out.

The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming. Downstairs, the restaurant offers free coffee, tea, and drinking water in the morning, which is a great value! Even with a daily tip of 1-2 dollars, the room was cleaned thoroughly. It's truly rare to find such a good hotel in a prime Manhattan location where every inch of land is so expensive.

The staff were friendly, and they offered free luggage storage. Its downtown location was also a major plus. I stayed for 3 days. While it wasn't what I'd call cheap, it was quite affordable given New York City prices. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

The ac unit in the room is a bit too noisy. It constantly switches on and off to maintain the temperature so noice also comes and goes making it more difficult to ignore it. However I don’t travel without my earplugs so it wasn’t much of an issue. Otherwise the room is quite small but perfect for solo travelers. Location and values are unmatched. City view from the 10th floor is not bad.

I stayed there for two nights. If you have business occasions near Grand Central, location is not too bad but if you expect various activities beyond business, you might have more options. 42nd-Grand Central station is 7-8 min by walk.

Good stay and overall experience. Temperature control in the room made the stay very comfortable. The shower is very small thoug. Hard to shower without getting hair wet, but everything else is great. Service is great. Location is great.
