Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel

Extremely dissatisfied! On the third and fourth day, I couldn't check in because of an urgent matter back home. My friend in Vietnam went to stay there for me in the evening, but they wouldn't let him, not even register him, claiming it was Vietnamese law! They even called a man, possibly the duty manager, and he also refused! Their attitude was absolutely terrible!! My friend suspects they were trying to extort a large tip! Five-star? Everyone needs to be very careful and clarify the registration process when checking in!

This was my third stay, and the quality of service from Marriott Bonvoy and Sheraton never disappoints! The Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers is right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it really convenient for dining and shopping. The facilities are relatively new, and the breakfast is quite extensive. My only minor complaint is that the service was almost *too* attentive – they kept knocking on the door and calling to deliver an activity notice. It might be better if they just slipped it under the door to avoid disturbing guests who might be resting.

The price was excellent, and the cleanliness and service were top-notch. Plus, it's right in the commercial district.

This hotel is located right in the city center, next to the Opera House. Nguyen Hue Walking Street is just around the corner, and a 3-5 minute walk along it will take you to the City Hall. The Central Post Office is about an 8-minute walk away, and other popular attractions are all within roughly 2 kilometers. It's incredibly convenient and the area is very lively.

The restaurant service is quite good, and the hotel is right in the city center. The main drawback is that the room is too small; compared to what you'd find domestically, it's only a 3-4 star standard. It might be an older hotel, as many of the facilities feel quite poor.

This Sheraton is right next to the Opera House, and you can walk to attractions like the Central Post Office in about 15 minutes. It's a peaceful spot despite being in the heart of the action. The room was spacious, and the facilities were quite new. Breakfast was also good. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this Sheraton again next time I'm in Saigon.
