Room surprise + seafood buffet with grilled crocodile, this hotel really knows how to pamper you 🎂 My Sanya trip happened to coincide with my birthday, and I originally thought it would be just a normal stay, but I ended up being incredibly touched. I have to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping staff – when I returned to my room in the evening, I found a cute little cake made of rose petals and towels on the bed, along with a handwritten birthday card. There was also a delicate small cake and a fruit platter on the desk, which instantly cheered me up. These little touches weren't just standard procedure; they genuinely made me feel cared for. Now, let's talk about the super value-for-money "package including dinner buffet for two." I used to think all hotel buffets were pretty much the same, but this one changed my mind. The freshness of the food was top-notch, and there was a wide variety of seafood. The biggest surprise was finding grilled crocodile! It was my first time trying it; the meat was firm, a bit like a cross between chicken and fish, and dipping it in the special sauce was amazing. The tropical fruit section was a colorful palette, with rambutan, wax apples, jackfruit, and freshly opened Hainan coconuts that were sweet and refreshing – I drank two in one go. What truly elevated the dinner experience was the ambiance. The restaurant faces the sea, and as the evening sunset glowed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, dining while watching the sunset was so romantic it left me speechless. There was also a Filipino band playing live, with soft jazz accompanying the sound of the waves, making me want to stay an extra hour. The waiter saw the cake on our table and even offered to take photos and asked if we needed help cutting it. In short, this birthday experience far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the sea-view restaurant offered an unbeatable view, and the buffet was excellent value for money. This long-established hotel truly understands romance! 🌅 I've stayed in countless sea-view hotels over the years, but this one genuinely blew me away. Even though I knew the hotel had been open for 10 years and I was worried about outdated facilities before my trip, my concerns vanished upon checking in! The staff thoughtfully informed me that the rooms had recently been renovated, and I could tell the moment I opened the door—the room was impeccably maintained, with a spacious and elegant design. Most importantly, there was none of that musty smell often found in seaside hotels. The air conditioning was powerful yet super quiet; I set it to 24 degrees Celsius at night, slept under a duvet, and had a perfect, dreamless night's sleep. I absolutely have to rave about the public area on the sixth floor! I heard the lawn recently underwent a complete greening renovation; it's so soft to walk on, and the lush greenery is incredibly picturesque. The adjacent poolside bar has also been upgraded and remodeled, and its design is absolutely top-notch. The most incredible part is that the hotel actually brought a soft, white sandy beach directly upstairs! Lying on a lounge chair by the pool, with sand under my feet and an unobstructed, breathtaking sea view before me, as the sunset painted half the sky crimson and golden rays danced on the water – that atmosphere is truly indescribable. Every photo I took was wallpaper-worthy. Whether you're a family with kids or a couple on a romantic getaway, this place is perfect. You can really feel that the hotel is dedicated to maintaining and improving its quality. A 10-year-old establishment, it offers a sense of stability and attentiveness that newer hotels often lack. Next time I'm in Sanya, this will still be my top choice! I highly recommend it to everyone! 👍

This hotel is an absolute gem for families traveling with kids! Upon arrival, we decisively paid a little extra at the front desk to upgrade to a sea-view family room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the coastline. It was excellent value for money; my whole family felt it was well worth it. I particularly want to highlight the kids' club – it's vibrant and playful, with new equipment and a well-designed layout. Younger children have a ball pit and slides, while older kids can participate in drawing and craft classes, and even take their creations home as a keepsake. What's most thoughtful is that directly opposite the drawing room are the gym (with brand new and comprehensive equipment) and a yoga studio. This means adults can work out and relax in between playing with the kids, truly allowing everyone to enjoy their own activities without disturbing each other. Of course, the famous infinity pool is a must-visit. The seamless blend of sea and sky makes for stunning photos every time. The large, lush green lawn next to the pool is perfect for kids to kick a ball around and run freely in the evening – it's incredibly relaxing. With new facilities, warm service, and thoughtful family-friendly details, every member of the family, from young to old, can find their own corner of happiness here. We will definitely be back for a second visit!

This time in Sanya, I decisively chose the Harman Resort Hotel, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I just had to write a five-star review! The hotel's recent upgrades are truly impressive! First, I have to praise the newly opened ЖАРОВНЯ revolving buffet barbecue restaurant. The concept is novel and fun, with fresh and abundant dishes. There's a huge variety of meats, seafood, and sides, offering incredible value for money. We ate there twice and didn't get tired of it – I highly recommend everyone visiting to give it a try! For families with children, this place is an absolute paradise! The kids' club has been completely upgraded, featuring an ocean-themed soft play area, a giant building block zone, a sand pit, and a carousel – kids simply don't want to leave! A bright new yoga studio has also been added next to it, where you can practice yoga surrounded by greenery in the mornings, relaxing both body and mind. The gym has also been refurbished with complete equipment, available for all guests to use anytime. The outdoor areas are full of delightful surprises! The lawn by the sixth-floor pool has been re-landscaped with large grassy areas and coconut groves, perfect for stunning photos. There are also play facilities for children, so kids can run freely on the grass while adults lounge in sunbeds, enjoying a truly pleasant time. The bar by the pool has also been upgraded. Sitting at the bar in the evening, watching the pool bathed in the gentle golden hues of the sunset, and sipping a drink with the sea breeze – the breathtaking scenery is simply divine! The room certainly didn't disappoint either. Our room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the attention to detail was exceptional. From check-in to room service, the staff were all warm, attentive, and responsive, quickly resolving any requests. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Whether it's a romantic getaway or a family trip, this place is perfectly suited. The upgraded experience is absolutely top-notch, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sanya!

This hotel truly understands the holiday spirit! We stayed here with our family during the Dragon Boat Festival and were pleasantly surprised by their 'Dad's Dragon Boat Action' double-holiday event. I initially thought a hotel with many international guests might downplay traditional festivals, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The room was decorated in a Dragon Boat theme, which added a wonderful sense of ceremony. The parent-child activities were so abundant we couldn't even try them all: kids' boat races in the pool filled the air with laughter; making Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) and fans helped develop hands-on skills; and traditional games like 'shooting the five poisons' and 'fishing for Zongzi' kept the whole family entertained and happy. The hotel's infinity pool is a definite highlight, with its ocean-and-sky-blended view perfect for stunning photos. Both the facilities and service were top-notch. The kids' club was new and clean, and our child didn't want to leave. Despite the many international guests, service was very responsive. The hotel truly achieved a blend of East and West without losing its traditional warmth. Choosing this place for the Dragon Boat Festival allowed us to enjoy both the resort vibe of Sanya and a strong sense of holiday festivity. Highly recommend for families with children!

The hotel's renovation has doubled the experience – truly a hidden gem of a sea-view resort in Sanya's Dadonghai! - Room Service | Warm and Homely My positive feelings about this hotel are through the roof after staying again. The room was impeccably clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and tidy. They thoughtfully arranged towel swans, cute plush toy displays, and fresh flowers, even spelling out 'Welcome Home' with greenery. The attention to detail in creating the ambiance was perfect. The staff were warm and attentive, making my entire stay feel comfortable and genuinely like coming home. - Newly Upgraded Facilities | Delightful Dining Options The hotel has opened a new, unique revolving self-service BBQ restaurant. The rustic garden-style decor with rattan lanterns creates a wonderful atmosphere. The revolving counter offers a rich variety of fresh meats, with tender Qiqihar-style fatty beef and original cut ribeye cooked to order. Paired with three secret dipping sauces and lettuce, the BBQ is absolutely delicious. Guests can enjoy an authentic BBQ feast without even leaving the hotel – incredibly convenient for meals. - Gardens & Pool | Epic Sea View Sunset The infinity pool area on the sixth floor has undergone a major renovation. The surrounding lawns have been re-landscaped with lush greenery, creating a pleasant environment. The pool directly faces the stunning mountain and sea views of Dadonghai. At sunset, the sky fills with a gradient of pink and orange hues, and the lights of the entire bay gradually illuminate. The pool water reflects the twilight, and every photo taken is an atmospheric, cinematic sea-view shot. - Rooftop Chill Bar | Full of Vacation Vibes The beachfront chill bar next to the pool has also been upgraded. Underneath the palm trees, there are turquoise sun umbrellas and soft beanbag chairs, with cute panda dolls adorning the coconut trees. You can enjoy the sea breeze while taking in the triple night views of the mountains, sea, and city. An evening drink here is incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Playing in the water during the day and enjoying the scenery in the evening – it’s a truly fulfilling leisure vacation. My experience a year later is still a perfect score. The rooms, dining, gardens, and recreational facilities have all been comprehensively upgraded. It's suitable for both family and couple getaways, and the value for money is excellent. It's definitely on my list of regular stays in Sanya! ❤️❤️

I've booked rooms here for my friends multiple times now. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the sea, and super convenient for transportation. The room service staff are very friendly, and the rooms themselves are clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. We always book this place; it's just so pleasant.

We were very satisfied with the room. We're repeat customers at Harman and this time, we'd like to thank Front Desk staffer Xiao Sun for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, a big thank you to Manager Chen at the 5th-floor buffet. We couldn't find the afternoon tea area on the 5th floor, and he personally led us there. We were very pleased and grateful for his help. Special commendation to Manager Chen! On another note, the housekeeping staff brought the room card and crib to the wrong room, which was occupied at the time. She said she had the wrong room, and I'm a bit confused about that incident.

Traveling with my parents, I always prefer hotels with direct access to a mall for convenience in dining, accommodation, and transportation. The Haman Hotel has a 'Big Pineapple' mall right at its doorstep, offering a supermarket and various dining options, which is a great amenity. We opted for a balcony room, which was handy for drying clothes, even if the view wasn't spectacular. The overall stay was decent. Dadonghai Beach is nearby, and we could walk through a food street right outside the hotel to reach the beach in just a few minutes. One major drawback was the incredibly slow and unstable internet, both the hotel's Wi-Fi and our own mobile network. I'm not sure why it was so inconsistent.
