The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet tasteful decor. The furniture didn't show its age, unlike what you'd expect from a 10-year-old hotel – perhaps it's been renovated. The bedding had just the right firmness; I fell asleep instantly and had a wonderfully restful night. I absolutely have to rave about the dinner buffet! The freshly opened Hainan coconuts were sweet and refreshing. The garlic-grilled oysters and scallops were incredibly tender and juicy. The BBQ and hot pot selections were diverse, and there was even grilled crocodile, which was springy and flavorful. The salmon and tuna in the sashimi section tasted as if they had just been caught from the sea. The mangoes and wax apples in the fruit section were locally sourced and incredibly sweet, right to the core. The hotel's children's entertainment facilities and family activities were abundant and varied daily. My little one loved the mushroom house, rocking horse, and ball pit in the kids' play area. The family activities were fully supervised by staff members who were skillful and spoke gently. My child had a blast and didn't want to leave, staying for a whole afternoon, which completely freed us up. The hotel's sea-view terrace is a divine spot for watching the sunset! In the evening, the orange-pink glow of the sunset painted the sea, and we enjoyed a seafood hot pot while feeling the sea breeze – this kind of romance is truly unforgettable. The overall ambiance was excellent, successfully creating a genuine holiday feel. 3. The staff were outstanding. Everyone greeted us proactively, the cleaning ladies were warm and polite, and the bellhops readily assisted with luggage. The service attitude was great. 4. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the quality perfectly matched the price point, fully meeting the standards expected of a hotel in this category. Cons: 1. There's a significant issue with balcony rooms located on the far side of the hotel's sky garden: the balcony area had a strong cooking oil smell, severely affecting the living experience. 2. There were some oversights in the service process: When purchasing drinks at the lobby bar and explicitly stating they were for in-room consumption, the staff didn't proactively ask if we needed accompanying items like wine glasses or a corkscrew. After returning to the room and requesting wine glasses and an ice bucket (having clearly stated the need to chill wine), the provided glasses were mismatched (Bordeaux and Burgundy glasses mixed), and the ice bucket didn't contain ice beforehand, which didn't meet the wine chilling requirement. Service details need improvement.

The hotel was great! There were more Russians than Chinese guests, and the kids' pool was a lot of fun – we spent two hours there every lunchtime. The beach was just across the road, which was lively and bustling. They even had a takeout locker for food and medicine, which was super convenient for pickups.
