Everything was fine except for a few things: The room felt a bit outdated compared to a 5-star hotel standard. The elevator layout and directions were quite confusing. The WiFi connection in room 4116 was very unstable. The air conditioner was quite noisy, and the bathroom did not have a shower.

Our wedding anniversary and we were treated with a lovely romantic decor plus free cake and fruits with nice greeting from the GM. Room was nice and hotel's location just convenient. Taking a Airport Rail from Airport to hotel just a direct train. Service staffs from hotel are fantastic with nice greeting upon entering the lift and out of the lift! Will be staying here for future trip in Bangkok.

Located in the heart of the city. Nearby shopping malls and different cuisine restaurants are cherry on the cake. Top floor 360 degree view is amazing and never forgetting experience. Value for money, must try with family and friends.

Be careful of bedbugs! I stayed for 4 nights and when I got home, I developed red welts on my leg and immediately suspected that they were bedbug bites. I have my dermatologist examine them and she confirmed that they are indeed most likely bedbug bites. I immediately scoured every nook and cranny of my house to check for signs of bed bugs infestation luckily, I didn't see any signs of bedbugs. I emailed the hotel to complain about possible bed bug infestation, and they dismissed my complaint and said that their housekeeping didn't find any bedbugs, that they conduct annual pest control services from the most reputable company and even told me off why I didn't tell the manager on duty about my bed bug bites. Well, it's because the welts only appeared after I got home. From what I researched about bed bugs, those nasty sneaky creatures can feed off humans multiple times at night and the bite marks and welts can appear days after multiple feedings. So, I couldn't have shown the duty manager any bitemarks because symptoms only appeared after I got back home from my trip, and again the only place where I could've gotten them was only the place I slept in for the duration on my vacation - this hotel.

The hotel is on a very high floor, so you can enjoy breakfast on the 82nd floor while admiring the Bangkok city view. The breakfast spread is extensive and delicious. They have a dedicated Chinese-speaking front desk. The room was quite spacious and clean. We were staying with a child, and they even added an extra bed for free.

She kindly allowed me to check in early, which I truly appreciated after my trip. She was very nice, approachable, and professional.
