Harris Hotel Batam Center

Stayed here 3D2N for a cycling outing to Nongsa and Barelong Bridges. Everything worked out well. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted with storage and retrieval of my bike every morning.

Worth for every penny.. excellent location..just 200 meter from jetty .. shopping mall , eateries, and conveniently located to just book a grab n go ..Harbour Bay is just 10 mins by grab.. they upgrade for me Seaview.. tq so much Thrista..the front dest girl..very satisfied

Service out. Transfer room 1 time due to aircond problem. Took long time. First room smells bad.

Hotel location next to Batam Center ferry terminal, is convenient for taking ferry back to Sg. OPP to left is Maga mall shopping, massage and restns. must take grab to other shopping iw Nagoya Hill, Grant mall etc. breakfast has very little variety and food is not up to standard. Hotel has a swimming pool and small gym. Hotel staff were very friendly, thumbs up to them.

Great location, just a short walk from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the bathroom cleanliness was questionable, and the soundproofing was poor. We could hear loud music from the bar downstairs past 11pm, as well as noise from neighboring rooms, which affected our sleep.

Room amenities are great, got a sofa chair and a mini sofa beside the tv. a lot of cushion on the bed. Great location, just next door the ferry terminal, booked it for catching the earliest ferry.

Booked a room for a night on June 27 to 28. Room and service was great. Superb location too. Our room was facing Megamall’s direction. The only issue was the noise level coming from the opposite road, seems like there was a carnival. It was very loud lasting into the night and started again in the early morning on the next day. We couldn’t really rest. We feedbacked to the front counter staff who drove us the next day and he mentioned he will inform his management on it.

My room at level 7, purposely opted for city view - batam signboard and mosque. I was thinking Could be better if i got higher floor but the reception said that higher floor are smooking rooms. It was my husband birthday so i put remarks to the hotel to give complimentary decoration/cake and they did the deco. All the hotel staff always smile and quick responding to our request. The pump of the bodywash bottle inside the toilet was broken and they quickly change the new one.

Just 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, which is outrageously close and strategic. The room provided a comfortable sofa bed and actually can have 3 persons to stay. Everything looks new and in good condition. What shock me the most is, you will enjoy a lively and entertaining dance show from their staff during your breakfast. However, the cleanliness and sanitisation of the cutlery set needed to be improved as the plates are quite dirty.
