"I don’t suggest this place for someone who want cleanliness as their top priority. I don’t like the wall. The comforters are patchy even though it’s newly changed. Even the towel is patchy. The plug doesn’t work, so we asked for a change of room, the second room still doesn’t have working plug. There’s no elevator but the staff is nice enough to help us with the luggages. The staff are nice even though some of them couldn’t speak English. There’s one soap for all. Luckily, we brought our own amenities. Overall, service by the staff is ok, but the hotel itself needs improvement. New sheet, new plug, new towel.he"

"**Review: Lovina Apartments** My stay at Lovina Apartments was highly disappointing. The apartment was extremely dirty with a musty smell throughout. The living room was messy and had a lot of hair scattered around. The toilet was infested with cockroaches and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the hygiene and cleanliness standards were far below acceptable, making the stay very uncomfortable."
