The hotel location is excellent. Our room was clean but very old beds and squeaky, the shower didn't work properly. The breakfast is over priced, cold and very minimal. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Understably its a busy period but the lobby was overcrowded with outsiders taking photos. The door men were great, sorry can't recall the names.

We were told upon check in we paid for a handicap room. I was told it was because I booked through a second party. The bathroom had horrible lighting and the mattress had two large dips in it. Very uncomfortable. The room was also a bit worn. The location was great. Coffee shop and bar both very nice.

From the day I first arrived to the day I finished, the hotel staff's service was so good that I felt good~ The accommodation was also cleanly managed, and although the bathtub water didn't drain in the middle, it was resolved right away when I spoke about it~ Considering the location in Manhattan, New York, the accommodation was spacious and nice!
