Lotte New York Palace

Got me in before check in time which was fantastic! Rooms was lovely, toilet was not clean and the scale was not working. I told housekeeping they did not fix.

Amazing experience would highly recommend this beautiful place during Christmas time.

You have to ask for a fridge and they will bring it to you. There is none when you arrive.

The hotel location is excellent. Our room was clean but very old beds and squeaky, the shower didn't work properly. The breakfast is over priced, cold and very minimal. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Understably its a busy period but the lobby was overcrowded with outsiders taking photos. The door men were great, sorry can't recall the names.

I stayed with my family during the Christmas holidays and had a great experience. Each staff member was welcoming and attentive. I look forward to visiting in the future

We were told upon check in we paid for a handicap room. I was told it was because I booked through a second party. The bathroom had horrible lighting and the mattress had two large dips in it. Very uncomfortable. The room was also a bit worn. The location was great. Coffee shop and bar both very nice.
