Lotte New York Palace

Got me in before check in time which was fantastic! Rooms was lovely, toilet was not clean and the scale was not working. I told housekeeping they did not fix.

The carpet in the room looked old. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The minifridge was not cold enough for fruits. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. The view from the 36th fl was unbeatable. So was the location. Having stayed here many times before, I felt right at home.

Amazing experience would highly recommend this beautiful place during Christmas time.

You have to ask for a fridge and they will bring it to you. There is none when you arrive.

The hotel location is excellent. Our room was clean but very old beds and squeaky, the shower didn't work properly. The breakfast is over priced, cold and very minimal. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. Understably its a busy period but the lobby was overcrowded with outsiders taking photos. The door men were great, sorry can't recall the names.
