Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo-Bay Ariake

Hmm, if you're Chinese and get room 1444 when checking in, I'd suggest asking the hotel to change it. It's right at the very end...

The Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo-Bay Ariake is an excellent choice for business trips. The standard twin room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and well-designed, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. The hotel's overall environment is spacious and quiet with good views. Transportation in the surrounding area is smooth, making it easy to travel to and from the city for business. The staff were gentle and polite, and the check-in and check-out processes were handled efficiently, with attentive and thoughtful service. All facilities were well-equipped and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and secure stay. I stayed for several nights this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next business trip to Tokyo.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenience store on the second floor, which is very handy. The breakfast is also delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. It's not too far from the city center, about a 30-minute subway ride. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning a trip to Disneyland. The only downside is the cleanliness; I don't think any other Sotetsu hotel could be worse in terms of hygiene. The washing machines are very old and seem to be full of grime.

The location is convenient, with a direct airport shuttle bus to the hotel. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, but you need to book it online in advance. The view from the higher floors is quite good.
