This hotel was unexpectedly good. It's not too far from the JR station or the subway, and the area around it is clean, surrounded by office buildings 🏢. The hotel facilities are neither old nor new. It's definitely worth it if you can get a good price.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the location was alright.
the aircon wasnt cold enough.
we set the aircon to lowest 20°C since check in in the afternoon coz the room was really stuffed. After few hours went out and back after dinner and after shower, we were sweating in the room then we called the front desk. the staff came up and check himself at 10pm and told us this is cold enough as Japanese standard. He feels very comfortable while the thermometre beside the bed say 25°C the staff told us this is comfortable to him and doesnt seems wanna do anything more. We have request to have a fan in room to help, and the staff said they do not have any fan thru out the hotel. We were very tired already after the flight and travel, and we were only staying 1 night and moving forward to other places the next day. The staff ended up offer to have the vent filter change and see if it will helps. After he changed the filter (was it supposed to b black compared the one he took out was white?!!)
the temperature did drop a bit and improved but still not as we called "cool", but at least we could sleep.

Second consecutive night i stay here but just separated the booking. That is because after my research this hotel is the better choice for the price on this night. And since I already know the good and bad, I made the judgment call to book one more night. Please read my review from the other night about this hote.

I booked a twin room, and while small, it had everything I needed. The aisle was barely wide enough for one person, and I could only half-open my 24-inch suitcase in the entryway. However, considering it was the most budget-friendly option per person during my nine-day Japan trip, and located in Kanda which offers convenient access to Tokyo's public transport and shopping, I found it perfectly acceptable. There are three train stations within 300-700m, and it's only two stops to Tokyo Station if you're taking the Shinkansen. The only minor downside is that late at night, around midnight, you can faintly hear the trains rumbling by.
