Huge thanks to our butler, Nina, for her excellent service! She contacted us before check-in and reserved a room with an amazing view. She also helped us secure a fantastic table with a direct view of the performance for the buffet dinner. Anything we needed, a quick WeChat message was all it took, and she handled it perfectly. On our last night, she even sent up complimentary fruit and dessert. The hotel's public areas are spacious, and you can either walk or take a shuttle to the beach. The weather was perfect during our stay, and the sea was incredibly blue. The hotel also offered a complimentary photo shoot, and the female photographer was great. However, during the photo selection process, despite me clearly stating my preferences, the selector was a bit pushy with upselling, which was a little uncomfortable.

Our housekeeper, Anna, was incredibly warm and attentive. She proactively contacted us the day before check-in and upgraded us to a 'cute-kid' themed family room. The room itself was playfully designed, perfect for children. On the day of arrival, she promptly informed us when the room was ready, saving us the hassle of waiting around with kids. The family activities offered were fantastic, and she kept us well-informed about everything in advance, which was great for the little ones. My son and daughter had an absolute blast! The public areas boasted a stunning manor-style landscape. The pool designs catered to various needs, with a main pool, a children's pool, and an infinity pool by the sea, not to mention a huge lawn and beautiful flowers blooming throughout the garden. The breakfast selection was extensive, and there was a dedicated children's area right at the entrance. Personally, I found the breakfast to be superior to what's offered at Atlantis.

Sofitel's quality goes without saying, and the facilities are comprehensive. The beach, pool, breakfast, and dinner were all delicious. A special shout-out to Joseph for his exceptional care before and during our stay. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance. The environment here is excellent, and it's very quiet at night. The room was especially great; we initially noticed a family with children next door, but it was still very quiet in the evenings.

The Sofitel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to taxis. The balcony offers stunning sea views, perfect for admiring Wuzhizhou Island from afar. Downstairs, you'll find the 68 Food Plaza and duty-free shops, making it a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The expansive gardens combined with the seaside boardwalk are perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. Our experience officer, Joseph, promptly shared travel tips and was very responsive to online inquiries. His service was incredibly thoughtful, highly recommend!

My brother picked the first half of our vacation, focusing on Atlantis with 'play' being the key word. The front desk offered an upgrade, but it meant waiting until the afternoon to check in. I decided against it, opting to check in immediately so we could head to the water park by 10 AM. The latter half was my husband's choice, centered around relaxing at the hotel, with 'stay' as the keyword. I was really looking forward to the hotel's comfort, amenities, and service. When checking in, I requested a room in the Pearl Tower because of its proximity to the kids' activity area. The hotel was quite full, but our butler, Joseph Fu, assured me he'd handle it. We waited in the lounge, enjoying afternoon tea. A little later, we were informed that we'd been upgraded to a two-bedroom pool suite, and our luggage was already in the room – so convenient! The room was absolutely fantastic; my family and kids were all 120% satisfied. We comfortably relaxed for three whole days. When we were leaving, we asked Joseph if we could have a late checkout since we had a night flight and wanted to relax in the lounge before heading to the airport. Fu granted us a 4 PM checkout, and that late checkout really allowed us to fully unwind that day. We were so lucky to have Joseph Fu as our butler this time. Both check-in and check-out exceeded our expectations, making for a perfect and unforgettable vacation. Special thanks to Joseph Fu; I hope the hotel manager sees this review.

The hotel environment is great, and the service is very attentive, especially our butler Aaron. Our flight was late, and we arrived at the hotel around 1 AM. Aaron had already reserved a room for us as requested, and the Pearl Building is conveniently located near breakfast and the kids' play area, which was perfect for me as a pregnant mother with a child. Thumbs up! The kids' activities were abundant, and they had so much fun they didn't want to leave. They even got to drink fresh coconuts picked from the hotel grounds. 👍 We'll definitely stay here again next time.

My stay was absolutely perfect, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Wendy! Her service was patient and thoughtful throughout my entire visit. No matter if I had questions about local attractions or hotel facilities, she always had an answer, explaining everything clearly and in detail, which made everything so easy and stress-free. During my stay, a minor emergency popped up: my pants, which were drying, got blown away by a strong wind. I contacted Wendy, and she immediately helped coordinate the search. Her quick response was amazing, and it wasn't long before my pants were found – truly heartwarming! On the day of check-out, Wendy even kindly helped me arrange a late check-out, so I didn't have to rush to pack and leave, giving me plenty of extra rest time. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities, and combined with Wendy's meticulous and reliable service, my entire trip was exceptionally pleasant.

The best part of my stay was definitely the service from our butler, Nina. Before we even checked in, she proactively reached out via WeChat to share all the hotel's activities. After arrival, she upgraded our room without us even asking and checked in daily to see if we needed anything. On the day of departure, she also arranged a late check-out for us.
