The views are incredible, and it's so peaceful and relaxing. The villas offer great privacy, and all the staff provide excellent service. Our butler, Lily, was exceptionally organized and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Although the hotel is a bit old, its location and layout are still great. The service, in particular, is warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything you need. It's definitely worth a stay.

Every time I come to Sanya, I stay at the Banyan Tree. While the overall facilities aren't as luxurious as some of the high-end hotels in Haitang Bay or Yalong Bay, it's much quieter and more relaxing, offering a true vacation vibe.

What truly sets Banyan Tree Sanya apart is its unparalleled privacy. Each standalone villa is enveloped by lush greenery, creating a natural barrier, and features its own private pool and courtyard plunge pool, offering an exclusive and tranquil space. We had a dedicated 24-hour butler, Zheng Delin, who was incredibly responsive to all our needs. For our anniversary, he even arranged a complimentary room setup, which was a lovely touch and added to the special occasion. The resort boasts a secluded private bay, with hardly any outside visitors. The sunsets over the ocean in the evening were romantic and therapeutic, and the happy hour at the beach bar created a fantastic atmosphere. Every room is equipped with Banyan Tree's signature aromatherapy toiletries, and upon check-in, we received a special welcome gift and fresh fruit. The floating afternoon tea experience was exceptional. The resort's buggies are available for pick-up and drop-off at any time, ensuring a smooth and uncrowded experience. It's truly a luxurious choice for couples on their honeymoon or anyone looking for a relaxing escape, far from the hustle and bustle of crowds.

Great room, excellent service, and a fantastic breakfast – definitely great value for money. I arrived quite late, and they upgraded my room and even put some refreshing Bingtang in the fridge for me. The little courtyard and sea view are also beautiful.

Had a wonderful 2-day mini-break, all thanks to Zoe's meticulous arrangements. The hotel environment was as great as ever. Visiting in April, the weather was starting to get warm, and the pool water temperature was incredibly comfortable. The beach was lovely, and with such good weather, the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. All the room service requests were promptly attended to, and I really loved the little gifts they sent. Every single one of my needs was met in such a warm and thoughtful way. I was truly delighted!

Our last stop in Sanya was the Banyan Tree, and its exterior environment definitely rivals any five-star hotel in Sanya. The ocean water is crystal clear and azure, with a long pier stretching right into the sea. Watching the sunset from the pier is absolutely beautiful. The hotel's dining offers local specialties, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh (the prawns were outstanding!). The junior chefs prepare delicious meals too 👍. Breakfast was very rich and varied 👍. The golf cart drivers who chauffeured us around were all very cheerful and proactive in their service. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive; special thanks to Tina for helping us end our trip on a perfect note.
