Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

The hotel is very near to Cable car, restaurants and very convenient to Tienmen Mountain. The staff is very helpful and professional. The staff that taking care of us is Miss Clara. She is young and very good in providing services. I left my shirt at hotel and she post to my next hotel at Fenghuang. Very recommended Hotel to stay, especially this is under Hilton Brand.

Had a fabulous stay at Hampton by Hilton. Slept deeply throughout the night. Very helpful front desk staff and breakfast was amazing. Specially Rose service was fantastic, she was so kind and gave us a lot of gifts to take with us when we check out.😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, situated on a lively street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a good selection of options to start the day. What really made the stay special was the staff, who were consistently helpful, friendly and professional. A special thank you to Anne and to another very friendly staff member who assisted me on my first day. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

Good location. Very clean and good breakfast. The staff are very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Very impressed with our room, clean, functional and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was amazing with a great selection of different foods and the location was great for our vist to Tianmen Mountain with a free shuttle bus available across the road from the Hotel.

We would have to admit that this Hampton hotel exceeded our expectations of a 4-star hotel. Below are some of the things we love here. Breakfast is delicious with so many choices. We love wontons with the black-chicken broth and a variety of hot soy drinks. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, which allows us an early head start. We were impressed by Luna’s enthusiasm at our breakfast for her 5-star customer service! Location is right across Tianmen Mountain cable station. It is literally about 7 minutes walking. If you plan to go to Tianmen Mountain, you could beat the crowds. The room is huge and clean! The sliding doors provide privacy and ambiance between bedroom and bathroom. There are many other amenities as listed on the hotel website, but what we love the most would be self laundry service without a need of finding detergent. The washer machines are automatically supplied with it.

Perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain ⛰️.

We love the location and the food in breakfast . The bed is topnotch, I slept very well and staff is amazingly attentive.
