Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

A lovely hotel, as expected, in the the Old French Village style. Reception at the lower cable car station and the hotel check was efficient. Interesting that the rooms are in different buildings in the Village. A slight frustration was wifi but soon resolved. The room as comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast was good with a big buffet selection.

Beautiful French village up at Banahills . Charming architecture . Cable car service was very efficient & good. Staffs on duty were ever ready to assist whenever clarification was needed .

The rooms are quite outdated to be honest. Nothing fancy old style rooms. However the porter Jerry service is good. The journey from the cable car station to the hotel is quite far.

Everything is wonderful and your staff Nui Bellboy was polite and kinds.They are very helpful and warm welcoming

An enjoyable stay up in the mountains at Mercure Hotel Ba Na Hills French Village! The hotel and the room were absolutely beautiful & classic French Style! Love it so much👍💕Highly recommend it. Enjoyed sunset and sunrise at the Golden Bridge as a special hotel guest. Also had French cuisines at Le Table for à la cart dinner, so yummy & best service!

I had the most unforgettable stay at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills — truly one of the most magical places I’ve ever been to. After checking out, I accidentally left my glasses in the room. I immediately sent an email, and the staff responded so quickly and kindly. They went above and beyond to help me, coordinating everything perfectly so I could get my glasses back just in time for my flight back to Thailand. I was honestly so impressed and touched by their effort and dedication. Not only is the place absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views and fairytale-like architecture everywhere you look, but what makes it even more special is the people. The beauty of this place is incredible, but it’s still not as beautiful as the kindness and warmth of the staff. Everyone was so friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help me in every possible way. If you’re thinking about staying here — don’t hesitate. This place is beyond beautiful, beyond expectations, and filled with the most wonderful people. I truly hope to come back here again, without a second thought. 💖

Stay a night for family room. The service is excellent where they helped us to carry our luggage from cable car station to our hotel and when checkout also help to send our luggage to station. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable to sleep. The room is also spacious for 4 of us too. Will definitely stay again if have chance to come back in future.
