Homeinn (Suzhou Guanqian Street Renmin Road Branch)

There were cockroaches in my room. When I reported it to the front desk, all they did was offer to change my room. They didn't say anything else, not even an apology or any kind of humanistic comfort.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's so convenient for visiting all the attractions. The commercial street is right downstairs, making dining, shopping, and taking the subway incredibly easy. I immediately decided to extend my stay for two more nights, no need to look for another hotel.

It was pretty good, and the service attitude was also fine.

The room was a bit small, especially for a tall person, but the hotel's location is fantastic. It's really close to the subway station, and right downstairs there's a bustling shopping street. It was great for exploring, eating, and shopping.

The shower drain in room 421 was clogged, and the bathroom sink stopper/switch didn't work properly. The first room we were assigned faced Guanqian Street and was extremely noisy, so we were moved to room 421. Also, the elevators were too dirty.

The hotel has a great location with the subway station right downstairs, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Guanqian Street is also right at the doorstep. The environment is nice, though the room is a bit small, but it offers good value for money. The only downside was that the room-delivery robot at night was extremely loud and noisy. Also, the soundproofing isn't great—there was a young couple in the next room making a lot of noise. Light sleepers might want to skip this place. All in all, though, it's very cost-effective.
