Towels were old, discoloured and torn at the sides. They need to get new towels!! Staffs were really helpful & professional. πΉ

The hotel is right beside grand Indonesia which is jakarta landmark. The hotel is old need refurbish. The sewage need to manage. Got strong smile from toilet.

Been staying here with my family everytime we go to Jakarta. And this time around with my hubby. I will definitely come back again soon. Love everything about Ascott. They never disappoint!!!!

Hotel is located near large shipping mall (Grande Indonesia) that is very convenient and have many choice of food and room space is very large. However, the facility is very old and not clean enough. The swimming pool is very small as well. Breakfast is just fair.

I booked two bedded room. Everyhing is complete in the room. Location is very near to Tamrin city n many eateries. Nearby to Kempinski Hotel Jkt. Lots of good restaurants n cafes n food court.
