7月8日晚正式入住，入住當晚，洗漱池有衹小蟲子，沖到水管後無其他不良。
7月9日晚9點，吃完晚飯後回到房間，開燈後即刻看到床上的小蟑螂四散逃竄，當即到酒店14樓，即酒店前台處反應情況，要求更換房間，但是得知房滿情況下，要求更換被單，前台服務人員以事情繁忙為由，原想讓我本人換床單，但是本人從未換過，因此服務人員答應晚點來換，得到相應迴應後，回到房間，剛進門開燈就看到蟑螂在床上枕頭上肆意逃竄，對此已經無法忍受，當即收拾東西回到14樓，一開始服務人員以房滿為由拒絕換房，如若退房，所需費用酒店該不退還，但是當被本人提及酒店衞生責任歸屬權時，服務人員言辭含糊不清，立即答應換房，後又在房間發現並踩死小蟑螂，衹是天色已晚，第二日又需趕車，因此衹能忍受。衹是從酒店房間出現蟑螂，酒店前台服務人員態度及處理方式上令人不滿，因此再也不在此酒店入住，以免因衞生問題影響出遊心情。
