One of the best and friendly places to stay,I been going for 8 years, same outstanding services from, concierge/door men,kitchen staff,front desk and housekeeping gives 💯 with a smile, they the friends that treat you like family!!

My recent stay at Centro Plaza was overall pleasant, despite a few drawbacks. The staff, particularly the bellboy Juan, provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.
While the hotel's location on a bustling street contributed to constant external noise, Juan and the rest of the staff ensured that any inconvenience was minimized through their attentiveness and professionalism.
Although the room's soundproofing could be improved to mitigate street noise, Juan's friendly demeanor and helpfulness more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
Despite occasional disruptions from street noise and Wi-Fi issues, the hotel's attractive rates and Juan's outstanding service make it a viable option for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

I enjoyed my stay at Centro Plaza Hodelpa. The hospitality was great, rooms were accommodating as can be.
Pros: great ac, bed felt comfortable, complimentary coffee in room, breakfast as well and upon arrival you enjoy a free drink from a selective few.
You are walking distance from a few common food areas; kfc/pizza hot/ McDonalds/ Helado Bon to name a few.
Lots of people during the day time, after 6-7pm it starts to die down which is not too bad.
Con: they do lock the fridge if you’re not going to drink any of the beverages (have to ask to unlock the fridge if you need to refrigerate anything).
-I thought this location had a pool because I had seen a review about it but it doesn’t not Hodelpa has a lot of other hotel chains. It has a gym. -It does have one restaurant inside which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner but you are walking distance from other places to eat.
-would’ve loved a deck view, balcony room (not all have)
Overall is a convenient stay, food was good, hospitality was great can’t complain, I would’ve stay again if need be.
