It’s a one-ticket ticket, super convenient! Room: YYDS on the 12th floor on the top floor of the main building. The view is super beautiful. The room is in European style. I like it very much. The bed is also very comfortable and the bathtub is very big. It’s super refreshing to soak in. Entertainment Center: Secret rooms, VR, cinemas, KTV, etc. are all here, and there is also a naughty castle. Just a reminder, the KTV is really dark and the lights need to be improved~ Sports Center: Go-karts, indoor sports, various balls, and swimming pools are all here. I have experienced go-karts, but I have never driven them with children. The facilities for indoor sports are very complete. There is also an extension activity here. The big slide inside is simply amazing. Humans, don’t dare to play😂 Hot Spring Center: There are many indoor and outdoor bathing pools. There are many children during the Spring Festival, and most of them soak in the indoor pools. For adults, we recommend the outdoor pool, which is super cool! Meals: Full buffet, 1 morning, 1 lunch and 1 night. You can choose to have lunch and dinner in the main building or the hot spring center. The main building is more Western-style, with cold food and more seafood. The hot springs are more Chinese-style, with mostly hot food and more people. Personally, I think it’s more convenient to eat here if you’re bringing children to the hot springs. Racecourse: You cannot ride by yourself. The staff needs to lead the horse around the racecourse. You can choose between pony and big horse. A horse riding ticket. If an adult rides with a child, the adult needs an accompanying fee. In addition, you can choose to live in the main building or the hot spring house. The hot spring house does not require leaving the hot spring center. The main building and the hot spring center are two separate buildings.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.

Westin hotel facilities, service angel quality, and some business hotels are very different. A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. Extra bed available, parking at the door, close to several subway stations, 7 or 8 minutes walk.

St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!
