Regular shrine, nothing really special at daytime but go there at night in the firefly season and prepare to be amazed!

Big shrine in Ama Town
I visited here in the summer with some friends. It is a big shrine, with a tomb nearby (where a famous Emperor of Japan - Emperor Gotoba - is buried).
Emperor Toniyu
There is a large parking lot. The deity is Emperor Gotoba. A shrine that has just been built. Why is Emperor Gotoba? It seems that there are deities that are not seen anywhere else in Ama Town and old shrines that are unparalleled to Izumo ... However, the precincts are beautifully maintained.
