Samhwasa Temple

Samwhasa Temple is located near the entrance of Touda Mountain and Muneung Valley in Donghae City, Gangwon Province. It is a small temple under the management of Woljeongsa Temple, a thousand-year-old temple with a long history. In the 11th year of Queen Shande of Silla (AD 642), lawyer Ci Zang built a temple here. The temple includes Daxiong Hall, Yakushi Hall, Jingguang Hall, Fanzhong Pavilion, Jile Hall, Pilu Hall, Qixing Hall, Wuxiang Pavilion and other buildings. , in addition to the national treasure three-story stone pagoda and iron-made statue of Lushana Buddha.
