ドレスデンの旧市街にはたくさんの噴水と付属の小さい池があります。このイルカを主題とする噴水もそんな一つですが、ブリュールのテラスから少し先のテラッセンウーファーにあります。この噴水に着いた時に、年配の男性が防水衣をつけて池をブラシで掃除していました。手入れが大変です。
