Beautiful views over the Firth of Clyde
Having spent my first 18 years living in Greenock, just 1/2 mile from this location, it is always a joy to return to take in the absolutely stunning scenery that this viewpoint provides
One of the best views you will get anywhere. As the River Clyde becomes the Firth of Clyde, you can see (on a good day) all the way to Ben Lomond and the Argyll hills. Parking available at the top.
If the Lion Of Judah were to unleash the four horsemen of the apocalypse this would be the ideal place to set them on off their catastrophic patrol ... unleashing sword, famine and plague ... the four...
The views from Lyle hill are the best especially on a sunny day when you can take pleasure in just sitting taking in the beautiful scenery across the Clyde.
Absolutely stunning view! It's a high effort walk to the top but sooo worth it! There's a bus you can get which takes you almost to the top so if you can't walk it up there's still an option for you!
