Due to the curves on this drive, it takes way longer than you would expect to travel this route. But it's beautiful and full of character. If you have the time, I recommend it!
I drove this from Ferndale, to redwoods. I would advise doing on a dry day, parts of road are gravel, or have issues and one way in spots. The views are amazing, we saw a Zebra on a ranch on the way...
