From dusk, light up will be held at three places: Oiwa Park, Yawata Park, and the cityscape exchange plaza. This is lit by the laboratory of Professor Kobayashi, Tokyo City University, by the agricultural irrigation canal Daiwa, cedar-plated cage, white-walled warehouse, human 々 life, and Kanayama-likeness that flows through the center of the town.
