Looking Neglected.
The building was constructed during the 17C to 18C when Khotyn was an important border town. It is a solidly constructed building, probably due to the various wars which have been fought around here. ...
Random finding!
The old building of the former customs was found almost accidentally, on the way to the Hotin Fortress, the time for inspection took 15 minutes.
