The iconic lighthouse marks the intersection of Lake Huron and Lake Michigan. It was built in 1892; two years after the atomization station was built. Its tower is 15 meters tall, cylindrical and accompanied by breeders. It was not until the completion of the McKean Bridge, which was lit in 1957.
