It was "Mt. Hyotan" where you can feel the threat and beauty of nature. Personally, I think it's the best on Miyake Island. It seems that the eruption in 1940 formed "Mt. Hyotan" in almost a day. I thought that the threat posed by the nature and eruption that can easily be done by artificially impossible, such as building a mountain in one day, was a little immeasurable. I went to August 2018. I stopped by while driving on the road around Miyake Island. The place is very close to Shiitori Shrine. It is a dense mountain at an old eruption near the sea.
