The building that stands out is a national registered tangible cultural property. I think the hexagonal view on the roof is wonderful. There is a fashionable restaurant with alcohol inside.

It was one of the retro buildings standing right near Nagahama Station. There are restaurants on the lower floors, which I was interested in, but they haven't been open since early in the morning, and unfortunately we ended up visiting the exterior of the building. However, even taking pictures in heavy snow was in a state of being ridiculed.

It is located a short walk east of Nagahama Station on Ekimae-dori. It is a Western-style wooden school building that is the predecessor of the current Nagahama Elementary School. Currently, it feels like there is a restaurant, so I only visited the exterior, but the design with an octagonal turret was quite fashionable.

If you're interested in entering the building, you'll have to visit after 18:00.
