Church is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It has a great history from how it was affected during World War II to Leonardo Da Vinci’s astounding painting. "The Last Supper" is not inside the church. It's in the museum next door.

The complex is historic and worth visiting. There are several museums in these buildings now. It is worth it to walk through the courtyard for free and enjoy the complex environment.

A door at the entrance square of Central Park, sculptures and other designs are very similar to the Brandenburg Gate. The square below is not small. People have not come out in the morning. There is always aunt square dance in the square. The door is in a good state.

Most visitors to Columbus' former residences are American and South American. Since Columbus discovered the new continent, opened the era of "seafaring discovery", the Atlantic era replaced the Mediterranean era, Columbus' hometown Genoa as the Mediterranean's great harbor began to decline, some people called Columbus "the most pitted son of Genoa." The official name of Genoa Airport is "Christopher Columbus Airport".

The Palace of the Jurisprudence is located in the Merchant's Square, also known as the Palace of Reason, not far from Milan Square, and passes by when visiting the square. The Palace was originally the seat of the ancient Roman Bazaar Square and was built in the Middle Ages. It was used as a court, notary office and other use during the Republic of Venice. The building has a history of more than 700 years, it seems to be dilapidated and vicissitudes, it seems that it is not very maintained, and it is temporarily used. Any building in Italy is a bit historical.

Close to the Scala there is the 18th century Palazzo Clerici, which contains one of the finest artworks in Milan: the famous fresco of Giambattista Tiepolo "The Sun's chariot, guided by Mercury, illuminates the world". As the building now houses the Institute for International Policy Studies (ISPI), the Galleria degli Arazzi (Tapestry Gallery) of which the fresco decorates the ceiling, can only be visited on appointment or on some special dates (see the ISPI website). The ISPI website also offers a virtual visit (flash player required). The tapestries in the Galleria are from Brussels and designed by Rubens, representing four events in the life of Moses.Another beautiful Tiepolo fresco may be admired at the Palazzo Dugnani.

We visited Cinque Terre on a day bus tour from Florence and despite a confusing rushed start to the morning once we were on the bus headed for La Spezia things seemed to calm down. We were able to visit 4 of the 5 villages that make up this quaint area.Taking the train from La Spezia our first stop was Monterosso. We had lunch a little beach side restaurant. Pasta because when in Italy... From there we made our backwards stopping at Vernazza where it was a short walk down to the water from the station and the first taste of the iconic fishing village vista that is synonymous with Cinque Terre. Before moving on to Manarola and finally Riomaggiore where we were able to catch the start of a beautiful sunset. There was a lot to fit in one day especially with the lengthy distance to Florence but it was worth every minute.I would definitely look to stay in or near the villages if I were to visit again. The hiking trail across the 5 villages looks very intriguing.
