The former site of Dehua Bank Qingdao Branch is located at the intersection of Taiping Road-Qingdao Road, Shinan District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. It was built in 1899-1901. It was used as the Japanese Consulate General from 1922 to 1923 and is now a residential building. The building is typical of Italian Renaissance palace style.

Near Luxun Park by the sea in Qingdao, there are many old buildings, which are not inferior to Badaguan. It's just decentralized and not concentrated enough. This bank's old site looks very new and luxurious.
