Nice bit of wetland in the Desert.

As a transplant to the desert, it's nice to see a bit of wetland. I come out here, when I'm feeling homesick. I only wish it was open more often.

Well marked trails, beautiful scenes, okay for birding

The main trail is wide enough for two to walk abreast. In late October the Rio Grande Cottonwoods are absolutely gorgeous. Robins and warblers are eating the Russian Olive berries.
