Longyan Motuo Village

The first time I came to Longyan, Fujian, and then went to the Mortuozhai Scenic Area to play very well, and I can also worship Buddha to see the scenery very well.

Motuozhai Scenic Area is located on the east bank of Longhu, Fangcun, Shanghang Hefeng Yi nationality, the east bank of the Tingjiang River, formerly known as Wupozhai, also known as Molu Mountain, 12 kilometers away from Shanghang County, is a county-level cultural relics protection unit, composed of support rock, Motuozhai, Wuzi stone, thunder stone and so on. "Shanghang County Zhi" contains: "For the most ancient monument in the county". The whole scenic spot is beautiful, strange rocks and strange stones, Danxia Peak Forest, the show is crazy, thick and thin. There are "Jiulong Crossing the River", "Golden Monkey worship Buddha", "Viper out of the hole", "Wupo Shouzhai" and other attractions, which are wonderful and beautiful, adding the magical color of the ancient castle. The history of the Northern Song Dynasty Tiansheng five years (1017 AD), local villagers here to settle and take refuge, built city walls, stone gates, stone ladders, ancient castles. In the early years of the Ming Dynasty, many people from Bhikuni came here to build the temple for Buddha, read the scriptures and practice martial arts, so this place is also called Mo Dongzhai. During the Qing Shunzhi period, the cottage was rebuilt and it was easily known as Motuo Village, which has been used to this day. Wang Xiangzhi, a scholar of history and geology, listed "Wupozhai" as one of the nine monuments in Tingzhou in the book "Yudi Jisheng", indicating that it had a great impact at that time. In the "Cultural Revolution", the mountain temple was seriously damaged, and repairs began in 1995, and some progress was made. As a fortified ancient castle, Motuozhai gives people a feeling of strong barriers everywhere. The village gate built with blue stone strips stands on a cliff, condescending, and is daunting. As for the guns used by the ancients, it is no longer visible, and the specific situation of the Hakka's struggle against theft is unknown. But wandering among the existing monuments, we can feel the wisdom and courage they have shown in developing and defending this land, and their tremendous creative talents and spirit of becoming a city and a future. The temples of Mordazhai also have a certain scale. According to historical records: until the end of Qing Dynasty, the total construction area reached 2,000 square meters, including Zhenwu Palace, Guanyin Temple, Zhongtang, Xiangfang, Bichuni Talking Hall, release pool, practice Wuping, Biwutai, etc. Bicchuni Kaishan ancestor Ji Sheng, Ji Xiang, Ji Xuan, Ji Qing and other people, came here to build Guanyin Xuan in the early years of the Ming Dynasty. From then on, the incense continued, and there were more than 20 Bichus in their heyday. The last nun was still vulgar, and passed the twenty-seventh century.
