By the way, you can reach it on foot (although it is not written on the map very much, you can go up to the park through the mountain road from the back of Tsurutomi Yashiki and through the Kamishiiba Dam). It is said that it was completed as the first arch-type dam in Japan in 1955, far away. The artificial lake created by the dam was named "Hyuga Shiiba Lake" by Eiji Yoshikawa of "Shinpei family story", and it is full 々 and water is accumulated.
