Dyeing wells and He Shrine の Don't be
Original Text
10 minutes walk from Sugamo station. A temple of the Shingon sect Toyoyama school built in 1596. The principal image is Amida Nyorai. The current main hall is reinforced concrete built in 1980. The 62nd temple of the 88 sacred places in Toshima. It used to be a betto of the adjacent Somei Inari Shrine. There is a tomb of Ibei Ito, a gardener in the Edo period and a gardener of Yoshimune Tokugawa. There is a theory that this person produced 'someyoshino', but there is no clear basis.
Even though it is an ordinary temple, I am surprised at the history of 1200 year!

It is said that Kobo Daishi was founded in 810 to 824 to relieve the nation in ~, but it has been researched for more than 1200 years. I'm surprised. Furthermore, the three-storied pagoda in the precincts was erected by Chiyohime, the daughter of Iemitsu, the third Shogun of Tokugawa. There is a history hidden in a quiet appearance.
It is a temple of the Shingon sect located a short walk from Komagome. It is known that there is a tomb of plant craftsmen in the Edo period, but I think you will not know unless you are very interested. I didn't know either. The temple itself had a very common appearance.
This Saifukuji is a temple of the Shingon sect Toyoyama school. In this temple is the tomb of Fumitake Ito, a planter for the Edo Shogunate who was involved in the cherry blossoms of Yoshino cherry blossoms. I still sleep in this Somei area with Yoshino cherry tree.
A temple of the Shingon sect Toyoyama school. The principal image is a wooden statue of Amida Nyorai, which is said to have been made by Tokuichi. Less than 10 minutes walk from Komagome. There are Inari-san and the birthplace of Yoshino cherry blossoms nearby.

I walked a little from Komagome.

It is next to Somei Inari Shrine.
