    Tossa de Mar is a very nice, quiet, community on a lovely bit of the Mediterranean.

    Visit Tossa. Enjoy the food, hospitality and small tourist town atmosphere. I am frightened to say much more. At some point the Rick Steves effect destroys whatever place is ''loved to death''.

    Worth the walk up for the views

    Well worth the walk to see the incredible bronze of Ava Gardner and the views over Tossa De Mar and the historical information throughout the walk.

    Memories of a star!!

    We visited Tossa De Mar whilst on holiday in Santa Susanna.We both remember watching films starring Ave Gardner when we were young so made a point of going to see her statue as a reminder of our child...

    The way to the lights in the castle is this sculpture of real size, also has a beautiful view of the sea, and is used to rest on the rise.
