West of the North Breakwater Dome
Original Text
There was a North Breakwater Dome near the hotel where I stayed, but it is a promenade along the sea on the west side. The total length is 215 meters, so it's quite quick, but it's a little high, so the view is still good and refreshing.
A promenade on the breakwater leading to the North Breakwater Dome. If you walk here, you can see the sea on the north side of the breakwater. When I went, it was sunny and the visibility was good, Sakhalin? I could see an island or land in the direction. Observation promenade? It's not barrier-free, but I thought it would be better to go if I walked from the North Breakwater Dome to Wakkanai Park.
A promenade set up a little higher than the road that runs about 200m from the Wakkanai Kohoku Breakwater Dome. Completed in 1987. You can walk while looking at the sea, but it's not a place where you can enjoy a walk because the distance is short. In addition, it is difficult not to walk because it is slippery and dangerous because of snow in winter.
When I went up the stairs from the side of the Wakkanai Kohoku breakwater dome, there was a place that was maintained as a promenade. From here, I was able to see the top of the dome, and I was able to see the sea both inside and outside the dome.
[Points to be highly evaluated] The sea is just around the corner. Although it is next to the North Breakwater Dome, the sea is hidden, so if you want to see the sea, you should come here. [Points to be evaluated low] None [Others] Be careful if you have weak legs as you climb the stairs.

The sea is good after all.
