I visited the Hefeng Cafe in the garden of Seinn Lann So Pyay. Overlooking the Inya Lake, the scenery is beautiful and relaxing. Garden admission fee - 2000 Myanmar Kyatt. Staff is polite and attentive. Food is OK. I went to Yangon twice. We had breakfast and afternoon tea. Recommended for those who want a quiet and comfortable cafe.
